I have a 3way switch in my laundry room do I need something on the other switch ? Not sure how to connect this one switch to work light?

Yes, you can absolutely keep a standard 3-way switch at the other location to control the same laundry room light. You do not need to purchase a special companion switch for the other side.

A quick note on functionality before you buy: The model you are looking at (RRW600VTC) is a Vacancy Sensor, which means it is Manual ON / Auto OFF. You have to physically press the switch to turn the lights on, and it will turn them off automatically when the room is empty.

If you prefer a sensor that turns the lights on automatically for you when you walk in with a laundry basket, you will want the RRW600UTC model instead, which is Auto ON / Auto OFF (and can also be operated manually from the switch).

Installation:
To connect this switch correctly in a 3-way setup, you will need to carefully follow the 3-way wiring diagram provided in the product manual.
