The material was used on a job for a customer, not for my home. I cannot go back to take a picture. The items worked out great, no issues.

I installed a light I purchased and found a lucite fitting was cracked in the box. I reached out to Bees, and before I even expected a return messaged, they had reached out to the manufacturer and had them drop ship me a replacement part. No hassle, no suggestion I caused the problem, no requirement that I return the fixture, just quick service. The part arrived within a week and the fixture looks great. Thanks Bees.

I was working on a project to update the under-counter lighting in our kitchen. I ordered 5 of the Maxim Lighting CounterMax 5K Undercabinet Light with 2 Outlets. Unfortunately they arrived damaged but when I contacted Bees Lighting and spoke to a great gal named Mary they immediately resent the entire order with no charge. The project went wonderfully. I'll use Bees again! Great Job Mary!
This lights is good for art display. Easy to install. Happy with my purchase. Maybe buy one more in the future.
Service was Great. The original got here incredibly quickly. Unfortunately it was a 24v instead of 12v. They had the correct one here within a day and a half and sent a return FedEx label for the wrong one. They couldn't have been nicer about it.
The light we ordered arrived broken, most likely due to delivery person throwing package down. I emailed customer service and within a short time, they responded and had a new fixture being sent out. The rep maintained contact with me for two days to ensure all was good. Very good experience with customer service.
