Construction and Design

Designed by Sean Lavin, Topan Smart's three gracefully twisted wrapped blades create a pinwheel-like focal point beneath a classic steel housing in Matte White, paired with three Matte White ABS blades. A white-lens LED adds soft ambient light, while the sculptural form brings a crisp, modern accent to indoor and covered outdoor spaces.

Light Output & Performance

The integrated dedicated 38W LED with a white lens delivers 850 lumens at 3000K with CRI 90 for soft ambient illumination. The light is dimmable from the included remote and meets California Title 24 high-efficacy standards. The fan moves 6,314 CFM at high speed and 2,422 CFM at low speed, with efficiencies of 166 CFM/W high and 484 CFM/W low. A 60 in sweep and airflow align with Visual Comfort's 125–300 sq. ft. room-sizing guidance for 52–60 in fans.

Electrical & Installation

Designed for 120V power, the motor uses 38W at high speed and 5W at low speed, and the integrated LED is rated at 38W, for combined draw up to 76W with fan and light at high speed. The handheld remote controls direction reversal and light dimming. The included 6 in x 0.81 in downrod supports ceilings with slopes up to 20°. Overall height is 14 in, with blade-to-ceiling clearance from 8.4 in minimum to 13.3 in maximum.

Suggested Downrod by Ceiling Height

Ships with a 6 in downrod. Ensure at least 7 ft of clearance between the floor and fan blades.

• 8 ft ceiling: Hugger/flush-mount fans are recommended.
• 8–10 ft ceilings: Close-to-ceiling installation uses a 4–8 in downrod.
