Visual Comfort Selen Smart 60" LED Ceiling Fan DC Midnight Black Natural Honey

The Visual Comfort Selen Smart 60" 3SLNSM60MBKNHD brings airflow and LED illumination together in a sculpted three-blade design by Marie Flanigan. Its Midnight Black housing and Natural Honey blades create a warm contrast overhead, while a six-speed DC motor delivers up to 6,743 CFM. The included LED offers 1,200 lumens, 90 CRI, and six color temperatures from 2700K to 6500K. Damp rated for indoor rooms and covered outdoor spaces, Selen combines everyday comfort with flexible lighting.

Smart & Control Features

The included smart handheld remote provides six-speed fan control and reverse. Use counterclockwise rotation in summer to push cool air down and clockwise rotation in winter to recirculate warm air, as viewed from below.

Construction and Design

Marie Flanigan's Selen design pairs three sculpted blades with a rounded central housing and a compact LED light. The Midnight Black housing contrasts with Natural Honey blades across the 60" silhouette, while steel construction supports its clean profile.

Light Output & Performance

The included 63W LED provides 1,200 lumens with 90 CRI for faithful color rendering. Six color-temperature options, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, 5000K, and 6500K, span warm to cool light to suit the room.

Electrical & Installation

The fan uses a DC motor measuring 131 mm wide x 30 mm high and includes a 6" downrod. Overall height and minimum hanging height are both 14.4", with a 6.3" x 6.3" ceiling canopy. Damp rated for indoor rooms and covered outdoor spaces, it must be protected from direct rain. Downrod mounting supports sloped ceilings; for pitches from 25° up to 46°, use an optional MC95 or MC93 sloped-ceiling canopy kit in place of the standard canopy, sold separately.

Suggested Downrod by Ceiling Height

A 6" downrod is included. Maintain at least 7 ft from floor to blades and 18"–24" clearance on all sides.

• 8 ft ceiling, flush mount or hugger fan recommended
• 8–10 ft ceiling, 4"–8" downrod
• 10 ft ceiling and above, extended downrod recommended; available lengths are 12", 18", 24", 36", 48", 60", and 72"
