The Sylvania 61562 (LEDRT8/R4AS5000UD/940S) is an 8 in round recessed downlight kit from the SYLVANIA Hi-PerformanceLED Recessed Downlight Kit family. Delivering up to 5,000 lm at 51W (98 LPW) at a fixed 4000K color temperature with 3-step field-selectable output (3000/4000/5000 lm). Features specular reflectors with carefully placed luminous elements for excellent cutoff, UGR <19 low glare, CRI 98, airtight per ASTM E283-04, wet/damp/dry rated, plenum rated per UL2043, and emergency battery backup ready. Note: NOT IC rated — models at 3000 lm and above are not rated for direct contact with ceiling insulation. 0-10V dimmable (10–100%) at 120-277V. Flicker-free (<2% for 0-10V). Junction box included. ENERGY STAR certified. TAA compliant. 5-year warranty. L70: ≥60,000 hours @ 25°C. Up to 49% energy savings versus CFL.
