The bulbs arrived packaged well and with no breakage. There were instructions included that outlined the simple rewire process of cutting out the old ballasts and wiring in the new lights. If you have ZERO electrical knowledge you might find the instructions less than helpful. If that's the case you should get an electrician to help you. I found It to be straightforward and I'm happy with the results. My only “complaint” is that I like them so much that I now need to order another 50 bulbs to replace my entire shop!

I replaced almost 30 fluorescent tubes with these and got rid of all my ballasts.Beautiful light, instant on and the hum of fluorescent lights is gone. No problems at all with any of the bulbs. Would buy again in a heartbeat if needed.
