The Sylvania Hi-PerformanceLED Recessed Downlight Kit is a round recessed downlight kit family from the SYLVANIA Hi-PerformanceLED Recessed Downlight Kit series, available in 6 in and 8 in with two output tiers per size. All models feature fixed 4000K, field-selectable 3-step lumen output, specular reflectors for excellent cutoff, UGR <19 low glare, airtight per ASTM E283-04, wet/damp/dry rated, plenum rated per UL2043, emergency battery backup ready, 0-10V dimmable (10–100%) at 120-277V, and flicker-free performance (<2% for 0-10V). Junction box included. ENERGY STAR certified. TAA compliant. L70: ≥60,000 hours @ 25°C. 5-year warranty. Note: IC rated on 6 in and 8 in 2000 lm models only — the 8 in 5000 lm model (61562) is NOT IC rated.

Finish: White | Reflector: Specular, for excellent cutoff and high visual impact. Junction box included to save time and money on the job site. Quick disconnect allows for fast installation in new construction applications. Installation as a stand-alone kit is recommended for hard ceilings; recessed incandescent frame recommended for tiled ceiling applications.
