Construction & Design
Each fixture combines smooth matte black trim with a frosted acrylic lightguide that distributes light evenly without hotspots. Steel heatsink construction supports thermal performance, while the polyester trim ring is UV resistant. Diameters are 5.5, 7, 9, 12 and 15 in; weights are 0.6, 0.8, 1.2, 1.4 and 2.6 lb, respectively.
The supplied drawings specify 9/16 in panel thickness for the 12 and 15 in fixtures. The 12 in drawing also shows 1 1/4 in overall height, distinct from the visible panel thickness.
Light Output & Performance
SUMO-R-5K delivers 820 nominal lumens at 10W; SUMO-R-7K delivers 1,150 nominal lumens at 14W; SUMO-R-9K delivers 1,506–1,622 lumens at 18W; SUMO-R-12K delivers 1,650 lumens at 22W; and SUMO-R-15K has a listed output of 2,000 lumens at 28W.
All five offer 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K selectable settings, 90 CRI and R9 greater than 50. Integrated LEDs eliminate separate bulb purchases and provide a rated 50,000-hour L70 life.
Electrical & Installation
The driver-on-board design avoids a separate rear driver enclosure and supports installation on most common junction boxes. The slim surface-mount form avoids a pendant-style hanging drop. All five operate on 120V at 60Hz and dim to 10% using compatible TRIAC/ELV controls. Set the desired color temperature at the fixture DIP switch during installation.
Detailed input currents are 93mA for SUMO-R-5K, 130mA for SUMO-R-7K, 167mA for SUMO-R-9K, 203mA for SUMO-R-12K and 260mA for SUMO-R-15K. All five are suitable for indoor/outdoor dry, damp and wet locations and are neither IC rated nor airtight.
ENERGY STAR Version 2.2 certification is confirmed for SUMO-R-5K, SUMO-R-7K and SUMO-R-9K. This certification claim is limited to those three models.
