Operating on 120–277V electrical systems with 0–10V continuous dimming down to 5%, this luminaire provides an energy-efficient replacement for legacy up to (1) F32T8 or (3) F17T8 fluorescent fixtures. Built with a UL Listed damp location rating, it is qualified for commercial utility rebates under DLC 5.1 standards and features dual-mounting capability with included aircraft suspension cables and surface J-box mounting brackets.

The RAB TOMO-2 linear fixture features a slim, architectural profile fabricated from durable cold rolled carbon steel (SPCC) with an impact-resistant diffused PMMA lens. Engineered for versatile commercial installations, the luminaire includes dual standard hardware for either suspended aircraft cable hanging or direct flush junction box attachment. For extended layout runs, optional end-to-end continuous joiners allow individual fixtures to interconnect cleanly without light leaks or dark spots.

Smart & Control Features

The RAB TOMO-2 linear luminaire features flexible control integration supporting standalone dimming and modular wireless automation:

• 0–10V Continuous Dimming (Standard): Dims smoothly down to 5% on standard 0–10V low-voltage control circuits. Compatible with commercial architectural dimmers and centralized building automation systems (BAS).
• Lightcloud & Lightcloud Blue Wireless Control (Accessory): Compatible with field-installable Lightcloud and Lightcloud Blue screw-in sensor modules for Bluetooth mesh group control, automated scheduling, daylight harvesting, and motion detection without requiring an external gateway or hub.

Compatible plug-and-play sensors include PIR and microwave motion sensors (max 50 ft mounting height, 50 ft detection diameter) — sold separately. Field adjustments can also be managed using the optional handheld remote control (catalog # TOMO-REMOTE, sold separately).

Powered by a Class 2, Class P constant current driver operating on 120–277V AC at 50/60Hz. Delivers high electrical efficiency with a Power Factor >0.89 (99.6% at 120V, 98.9% at 277V) and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) <7.4% at 120V and 9.8% at 277V. Integrated 1kV to 2kV surge protection safeguards internal electronics against transient voltage spikes. Includes pre-wired 0–10V dimming leads.
