An included J-box adapter plate mounts directly to standard electrical junction boxes for clean flush ceiling or wall placement. For continuous architectural runs, the fixture integrates with the optional end joiner kit (SRJOIN KIT) to create rigid, continuous rows of light across extended corridors, open offices, and warehouse aisles without dark spots between housings.

Smart & Control Features

The RAB SR4 linear luminaire features flexible control integration supporting standalone dimming and scalable wireless automation:

• 0–10V Continuous Dimming (Standard): Dims smoothly down to 10% on standard 0–10V low-voltage control circuits. Compatible with commercial architectural dimmers and centralized building automation systems (BAS).
• Lightcloud Blue Wireless Control (Accessory): Compatible with field-installable screw-in Lightcloud Blue sensors for Bluetooth mesh group control, automated scheduling, daylight harvesting, and motion detection without requiring an external gateway or hub.

Compatible plug-and-play occupancy sensors include PIR40 (PIR, max 40 ft mounting height), PIR40/LCB (Lightcloud Blue PIR), MVS50 (microwave, max 50 ft mounting height), and MVS50/LCB (Lightcloud Blue microwave) — sold separately. Handheld sensor adjustments can be configured using the optional remote control (catalog # MSR1, sold separately).

Delivers high electrical efficiency with a Power Factor >0.98 (99.79% at 120V, 98.26% at 277V) and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) <6.22% at 120V and 14.88% at 277V. Integrated 1kV (L-N) and 2kV (L/N-G) surge protection protects internal electronics against transient voltage spikes. Includes pre-wired 0–10V low-voltage dimming leads.
