The RAB RBAY15S/E is a commercial linear high bay engineered to deliver up to 21,019 lumens with field-adjustable 130W / 100W / 80W power settings and switchable 3500K / 4000K / 5000K color temperatures. Operating on 120–277V electrical systems with 0–10V continuous dimming, this luminaire provides energy-efficient replacement for legacy fixtures up to 400W MH. Built with an IP20 damp location rating and UL Listing, it is qualified for commercial utility rebates under DLC Premium standards and features an adjustable optical lens for tool-free open area or narrow aisle distributions. Equipped with a factory-installed 90-minute emergency battery backup driver for automated egress illumination.

Lens & Optics

The Field-Adjustable optical system provides interchangeable aisle and open-area optics on the job site without tools or rewiring:

• 90x90° Standard Optic: Delivers broad, uniform beam distribution for open warehouse floors, staging areas, and general open-ceiling commercial layouts.
• 45x110° Aisle Optic: Concentrates beam distribution for narrow racking aisles, focused task areas, and elevated mounting heights.

Optics are swapped by simply rotating the lens assembly 180 degrees.

Smart & Control Features

The RBAY15S/E features an integrated low-voltage control receptacle supporting modular sensing and automated facility lighting control:

• 0–10V Continuous Dimming (Standard): Standard dimming control compatible with commercial 0–10V dimmers and centralized building automation systems (BAS).
• Standard Sensors (Accessory): Accepts field-installable PIR and microwave occupancy sensors via the integrated sensor port.
• Lightcloud Blue (Accessory): Compatible with Lightcloud Blue Bluetooth mesh controllers for wireless group control, automated scheduling, and occupancy sensing.

Compatible plug-and-play sensors and the MSR1 remote are sold separately.

Electrical

Powered by a Class 1 constant current driver operating on 120–277V AC at 50/60Hz. Delivers high electrical efficiency with a Power Factor >0.90 and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) <10%. Integrated 6kV surge protection protects internal electronics against line-to-line and line-to-ground transient voltage spikes. Includes pre-wired 0–10V dimming leads. RoHS compliant.

Housing & Thermal: Aluminum housing engineered with radial convection cooling fins. The housing functions as a high-efficiency passive heatsink, dissipating heat away from LED arrays and internal driver circuits to preserve lumen maintenance across the 100,000-hour rated lifespan.

Finish: Commercial powder-coat finish in White formulated for high resistance against corrosion and surface wear in demanding industrial facilities.
