RAB Lighting Pivot PIVOTM Medium LED Track Head

The RAB Lighting Pivot PIVOTM combines a medium white aluminum housing with an integrated COB LED for single-circuit H-Type track. Select 10W, 8W or 6W and 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K or 5000K to match your application. The factory-default 10W and 4000K configuration delivers 878 lumens with 95 CRI. Fixed 36° optics, 315° horizontal rotation and up to 90° vertical pivot let you direct light onto artwork, merchandise and interior accents.

Construction & Design

The medium cylindrical aluminum housing has a durable white finish and polycarbonate optics. Overall height is 10 in, with an 8 1/16 in body height and 2 9/16 in width. Fixture weight is 1.6 lb. The lower half pivots up to 90° vertically, while 315° horizontal rotation provides a second aiming axis.

Light Output & Performance

At 4000K, the 36° model delivers 878 lumens at 10W, 734 lumens at 8W and 544 lumens at 6W, all with 95 CRI. Measured input power at these settings is 9.6W, 7.9W and 5.8W respectively, with efficacy of 91.5, 92.9 and 93.8 lm/W. Across all settings, output ranges from 493 lumens at 6W and 2700K to 890 lumens at 10W and 5000K. Measured input power ranges from 5.7W to 9.9W, and efficacy from 81.8 to 94.4 lm/W. CRI varies by CCT from 93 to 96. The integrated COB LED has a 100,000-hour rated lifespan.

Electrical & Installation

RAB Lighting PIVOTM ships ready for single-circuit H-Type track and operates at 120V, 60Hz with a constant-current Class 2 driver. Compatible TRIAC systems support dimming down to 10%. A separate lamp is not required. Select 10W, 8W or 6W and one of five CCT settings; the factory default is 10W and 4000K. Install in dry locations, with a minimum starting temperature of -4°F (-20°C) and maximum ambient temperature of 104°F (40°C). Matching separately sold medium-size kits convert the head to surface or pendant mounting; the pendant kit supports sloped-ceiling applications.
