The RAB Lighting DROP is a compact, anti-corrosion teardrop mini LED wall pack engineered to deliver reliable perimeter illumination in a low-profile architectural form. Consuming just 15W, it produces up to 1,814 lumens at up to 138.5 LPW efficacy across a universal 120-277V input. Available in Bronze, Black, and White finishes and with or without an integrated 90-minute emergency battery backup, the DROP family covers both standard dusk-to-dawn and life-safety egress applications. Field-selectable CCT (3000K/4000K/5000K), an integrated dipswitch photocell, and a 0-10V dimming driver are standard across all configurations.

Emergency Battery Backup

The battery delivers up to 628 lumens for a minimum of 90 minutes, ensuring continuous egress path illumination in compliance with NEC and IBC life safety codes. An integrated test switch allows routine compliance checks without external equipment.

Electrical & Controls

Emergency models add an integrated UL924-listed battery driver with a built-in test switch for routine life-safety compliance verification.

Construction & Durability

The teardrop housing is constructed from anti-corrosion die-cast aluminum finished in a durable powder coat — available in Bronze, Black, or White. Certified air-tight per ASTM-E283 and IP65 rated, the fixture completely blocks dust and low-pressure water ingress. It operates reliably in extreme ambient temperatures from -40°F to 122°F (-40°C to 50°C).
