The RAB CR-HW family is a field-adjustable commercial recessed downlight in haze white finish, available in 4 in, 6 in, 8 in, and 10 in aperture sizes. Each size features field-selectable wattage and CCT (2700K–5000K) via integrated dipswitches, with universal 120-277V input and dual dimming compatibility (0-10V and TRIAC/ELV). The spun aluminum enclosure maximizes passive cooling for long-term performance. All sizes are IC rated, ENERGY STAR Version 2.2 certified, and airtight certified per ASTM E283. Interchangeable color trim overlays available separately for all sizes.

Smart & Control Features
All CR-HW sizes dim to 10% on compatible 0-10V and TRIAC/ELV dimming systems. Both wattage and CCT are field-adjustable via integrated dipswitches at installation. Battery backup sold separately. Compatible emergency driver: DRI-21-EMGR-DC-D10; emergency driver T20.
Construction & Design
Each CR-HW fixture features a spun aluminum enclosure that maximizes passive cooling for long fixture lifespan, with a spun aluminum smooth splay reflector in haze white finish and a polycarbonate light diffuser for even, smooth general illumination. Spring action stainless steel clips allow for quick, tool-free installation. Interchangeable color trim overlays in smooth black, brushed nickel, bronze, haze white, and wall wash white (4 in, 6 in, 8 in) are available separately; 10 in available in black, brushed nickel, bronze, and haze white.

Electrical & Installation
All sizes operate on 120-277V with a Constant Current, Class A driver integrated on top of the fixture. Connects to junction box (not included) via MC Whip cable. Dimmable to 10% via 0-10V or TRIAC/ELV systems. Spring action clips for quick ceiling installation from 1/2 in to 2 in thick. Suitable for remodel direct mount or retrofit into existing commercial downlight housings. All sizes IC rated for direct contact with air-permeable insulation (not spray foam); airtight certified (ASTM E283). Operating temperature: -4°F to 104°F.

While original shipping fees aren't refundable, we will cover the return shipping costs if the return is necessary because of our mistake (like sending the wrong item) or a product defect. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Keep in mind that restocking fees might be applied if the returned item doesn't meet the required conditions.
