The RAB AL22 series is a professional-grade, field-configurable LED area light engineered for demanding outdoor applications. Available in 150W (selectable 80/100/150W) and 300W (selectable 200/240/300W) configurations with universal voltage options of 120-277V or 480V, and finish choices of Bronze or White, the AL22 delivers up to 49,904 lumens at up to 176 lm/W efficacy. Field-adjustable optics (Type III, IV, or V) and selectable CCT (3000K/4000K/5000K) make this fixture adaptable to virtually any site requirement without ordering a new fixture.

Field-Adjustable Wattage
The AL22's on-board wattage selector allows contractors and facility managers to reduce power consumption in the field without replacing the fixture. The 150W model can be set to 80W or 100W; the 300W model can be set to 200W or 240W. This flexibility supports phased energy reduction programs and simplifies inventory management across multi-site projects.
Adjustable Optics
The AL22 features a field-rotatable optical assembly that can be configured for Type III (asymmetric roadway), Type IV (forward throw), or Type V (square/symmetric) light distribution. This eliminates the need to stock multiple SKUs for different site layouts and allows distribution adjustments after installation if site conditions change.
Electrical & Controls
Each fixture is equipped with a universal driver supporting 120-277V or 480V input. Standard 0-10V dimming enables integration with occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting systems, and automated facility controls. The included 7-pin NEMA receptacle supports wireless control nodes, and the 3-pin twistlock photocell enables dusk-to-dawn operation out of the box.

The AL22 housing is constructed from rugged die-cast aluminum with a durable powder coat finish in Bronze or White. The fixture is IP66 rated, fully sealed against dust ingress and high-pressure water jets. 3G vibration resistance and 6kV surge protection ensure reliable long-term performance in exposed pole-mounted installations. Installation & Mounting
Each fixture includes an adjustable universal pole mount arm compatible with standard 2-3/8″ and 3″ tenons. Optional slipfitter mounts and wall mount bracket accessories are available separately. The field-adjustable optic assembly and wattage selector are accessible without special tools, simplifying commissioning and future adjustments.
