Operating on wide-range 120–347V AC electrical systems with 0–10V continuous dimming, this luminaire provides an energy-efficient replacement for legacy up to 50W fixtures. Equipped with a factory-installed microwave sensor with onboard DIP switches, it provides automated motion-based control for added energy efficiency. Built with a cETLus Wet Location rating, it is qualified for commercial utility rebates under DLC Listed standards and features an IP65-sealed, IK08 impact-rated, and NSF-certified gray polycarbonate enclosure with an IP65 waterproof wire gland.

The Satco 65-823R1 vapor proof luminaire includes a factory-installed microwave sensor and supports standard 0–10V dimming:

• 0–10V Continuous Dimming (Standard): Dims smoothly on standard 0–10V low-voltage control circuits. Compatible with commercial dimmers and building lighting controls.
• Integrated Microwave Sensor: Factory-installed microwave occupancy sensor with an onboard 9-position DIP switch for motion-based control and added commercial efficiency.

Powered by a constant current driver operating on 120–347V AC at 50/60Hz (Input Current: 0.17–0.06A). Delivers high electrical efficiency with a Power Factor >0.96 and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of 10.30%. Integrated 2kV surge protection shields internal electronics against transient voltage spikes. Includes 0–10V dimming leads and an IP65 waterproof wire gland.

Emergency Battery Backup: Available in 2ft and 4ft emergency battery backup configurations in the series (catalog # 65-836, 65-837, 65-838, and 65-839, sold separately) featuring a LiFePO4 battery that provides 90 minutes of illumination during power loss.
