The Nora Theia family offers three round, matte powder white canless downlights for new construction or remodels. Choose the 4 in., 6 in., or 8 in. size from the product options, then select one of five white-light settings at the junction-box switch for a clean, comfortable ceiling installation.

- Three canless sizes: No recessed housing required; spring clips fit ceiling thicknesses from 3/8 in. to 5/8 in.
- Selectable CCT: Choose 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K at the junction box; each model is factory preset to 3000K.
- 4 in. model — NLTH-41TW-MPW: 10W, up to 950 lumens, 94° wide flood, and a 4.25 in. cutout.
- 6 in. model — NLTH-61TW-MPW: 15W, up to 1400 lumens, 98° wide flood, and a 6.25 in. cutout.
- 8 in. model — NLTH-81TW-MPW: 22W, up to 2100 lumens, 94° wide flood, and a 7.25 in. cutout.
- Color quality: 90+ CRI across the family for clear, natural-looking color.
- Dimming: Triac or ELV dimming down to 10% with compatible dimmers.
- Electrical: 120VAC, 60Hz; current draw is 0.094A for 4 in., 0.135A for 6 in., and 0.197A for 8 in.
- Prewired junction box: Includes a Class 2 driver, quick-connect fixture wiring, CCT selector, 1/2 in. knockouts, two keyhole slots, and a snap-on cover.
- Branch-circuit capacity: The 4 in. and 6 in. boxes accept up to six No. 12 AWG or eight No. 14 AWG conductors; the 8 in. box accepts up to four No. 12 AWG or six No. 14 AWG conductors. Conductors must be rated for 90°C.
- Air-Tight, wet-location, and insulation-contact construction: Factory-installed gasket restricts airflow to less than 2 CFM under ASTM E283; cETLus listed for wet locations; IC rated for direct insulation contact with no minimum clearance.
- Long-life, listed performance: 50,000 hours at L70, a 5-year limited warranty, ENERGY STAR certification, California Title 24 JA8-2019 compliance, FCC compliance, and 0°C to 35°C operating range.
Construction & Design
Each Theia downlight uses an aluminum luminaire with a round matte powder white finish and tension spring clips. A factory-installed gasket supports Air-Tight and wet-location listings without additional caulking. Select the nominal fixture size that matches the ceiling layout; each unit includes its own prewired junction box and Class 2 driver.
Light Output & Performance
Choose the size for the output and beam spread you need: the 4 in. 10W model delivers up to 950 lumens with a 94° wide-flood beam, the 6 in. 15W model delivers up to 1400 lumens with a 98° beam, and the 8 in. 22W model delivers up to 2100 lumens with a 94° beam. All three offer 90+ CRI and five selectable CCTs from 2700K to 5000K, preset to 3000K. Rated life is 50,000 hours at L70.
Electrical & Installation
All sizes connect to 120VAC, 60Hz and dim to 10% using compatible Triac or ELV dimmers. No recessed housing is needed. Use the size-specific ceiling opening: 4.25 in. for the 4 in. model, 6.25 in. for the 6 in. model, and 7.25 in. for the 8 in. model. Spring clips fit 3/8 in. to 5/8 in. ceilings, and the IC rating allows direct insulation contact with no minimum clearance. The prewired junction box includes a Class 2 driver, quick-connect leads, 1/2 in. knockouts, two keyhole slots, and a snap-on cover. Fixture leads measure 7 1/2 in. and junction-box leads 10 1/2 in. Branch-circuit conductor capacity varies by size as noted above; use 90°C-rated conductors.
