4 inch LED dedicated new construction housing for use in insulated ceilings can be in direct contact with thermal insulation. Air-tight construction provides energy savings by reducing the flow of air through the ceiling. The housing is designed for use with all 4 inch LED retrofit luminares.
- 0.040 steel housing adjusts to maximum ceiling thickness from 0.625" to 0.75"
- Spring brackets accept torsion wing trim springs
- IC Insulated Ceiling housings are direct contact rated; no minumum clearance is required
- High quality 0.040 steel die cut one piece frame
