Construction and Design

Designed by Sean Lavin, the Loft 96 makes a bold, clean-lined statement with six broad aluminum blades and brushed-steel arms. The steel housing combines Midnight Black and Brushed Steel finishes. The six aluminum blades are finished in Midnight Black, paired with Brushed Steel blade arms. A frosted acrylic lens softens the integrated light, and a finishing cap is included when the light is not needed.

Light Output & Performance

The integrated 20W LED array delivers 1,080 net lumens at 3000K with CRI 90+ and is dimmable from the included remote. For airflow, the fan delivers 13,634 CFM at high speed using 33W and 5,729 CFM at low speed using 3.23W. The Energy Guide lists 9,682 CFM weighted-average airflow, 413 CFM/W at high speed, and a 500 CFM/W weighted-average efficiency.

Electrical & Installation

Designed for 120V power, the fan uses 33W at high speed and 3.23W at low speed, with an integrated LED array rated at 20W maximum. The motor is reversible by remote. It includes a 12 in x 0.5 in downrod, measures 19 in overall drop with a 16 in blade drop, and has a 5.5 in canopy and 78 in lead wire. Included hardware supports sloped ceilings up to 20°. Compatible slope-ceiling canopy kits MC95 and MC93 are sold separately and allow vaulted-ceiling installation up to 46°.

Suggested Downrod by Ceiling Height

Ships with a 12 in downrod. Ensure at least 7 ft of clearance between the floor and fan blades.

• 8 ft ceiling: Hugger/flush-mount fans are recommended.
• 8–10 ft ceilings: Close-to-ceiling installation uses a 4–8 in downrod.
• 10 ft and higher: 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72 in length downrods are recommended.
