Construction and Design

Designed by Sean Lavin, the Loft 62 pairs a clean, modern silhouette with six broad aluminum blades. The steel housing combines Matte White and Burnished Brass finishes. The six aluminum blades are finished in Matte White, paired with Burnished Brass blade arms. A frosted acrylic lens softens the integrated light, and a finishing cap is included when the light is not needed.

Light Output & Performance

The integrated 20W LED array delivers 1,080 net lumens at 3000K with CRI 90+ and is dimmable from the included remote. For airflow, the fan delivers 6,928 CFM at high speed using 22.36W and 2,800 CFM at low speed using 3.6W. The Energy Guide lists 4,993 CFM weighted-average airflow, with 310 CFM/W at high speed and 327 CFM/W weighted-average efficiency.

Electrical & Installation

Designed for 120V power, the fan uses 22.36W at high speed and 3.6W at low speed, with an integrated LED array rated at 20W maximum. The motor is reversible by remote. It includes an 8 in x 0.5 in downrod, measures 13 in overall height with a 10.13 in blade-to-ceiling distance, and has a 5.5 in canopy and 78 in lead wire. Included hardware supports sloped ceilings up to 20°. Compatible slope-ceiling canopy kits MC95 and MC93 are sold separately and allow vaulted-ceiling installation up to 46°.

Suggested Downrod by Ceiling Height

Ships with an 8 in downrod. Ensure at least 7 ft of clearance between the floor and fan blades.

• 8 ft ceiling: Hugger/flush-mount fans are recommended.
• 8–10 ft ceilings: Close-to-ceiling installation uses a 4–8 in downrod.
• 10 ft and higher: 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72 in length downrods are recommended.
