Three specialty hand-carved Matte Black blades against a Matte Black motor housing create a seamless, all-black silhouette — a sharp, graphic presence built for modern, industrial, and dramatic contemporary interiors. Selecting the Right Fan Size

Visual Comfort Fan recommends allowing at least 18 to 24 in of clearance on all sides of the fan. For large spaces, consider using two smaller fans.

• 90–120 sq ft → Fan size: 44–52 in | CFM range: 3,500–5,000
• 125–300 sq ft → Fan size: 52–60 in | CFM range: 5,000–8,000
• 350+ sq ft → Fan size: 60–96 in | CFM range: 7,000–15,000

At 70 in and 6,821 CFM, the Maverick Max 3MAVR70BKBK is ideal for the largest rooms of 350+ sq ft such as grand great rooms, open-plan living areas, and large covered patios.
