Selecting the Right Fan Size

Visual Comfort Fan recommends allowing at least 18 to 24 in of clearance on all sides of the fan. For large spaces, consider using two smaller fans.

• 90–120 sq ft → Fan size: 44–52 in | CFM range: 3,500–5,000
• 125–300 sq ft → Fan size: 52–60 in | CFM range: 5,000–8,000
• 350+ sq ft → Fan size: 60–96 in | CFM range: 7,000–15,000

At 52 in and 5,889 CFM, the Maverick 3MAVR52BS is ideally sized for rooms of 125–300 sq ft such as bedrooms, dining rooms, and covered patios.
