Available in two blade spans — 44 in. and 52 in. — and three refined finishes — matte white, matte black, and brushed aluminum — the Tip Top is built from durable aluminum and ABS with a whisper-quiet sensorless DC motor. Wet location rated for indoor and outdoor use, and fully integrated with the Modern Forms app for smart home control via Bluetooth, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Josh AI.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item is in its original condition (just as you received it), including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. While original shipping fees aren't refundable, we will cover the return shipping costs if the return is necessary because of our mistake (like sending the wrong item) or a product defect. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Keep in mind that restocking fees might be applied if the returned item doesn't meet the required conditions.
