The Modern Forms Tip Top (model FH-W2004-44L-BA) is a 44 in flush mount smart ceiling fan engineered for sun-facing porches, covered patios, and stylish living rooms. Powered by a whisper-quiet 120x12 sensorless DC motor with 6 fan speeds, it delivers up to 4,313 CFM of airflow at just 16W. The integrated LED luminaire outputs up to 1,594 lumens with selectable color temperatures from 2700K to 5000K. UL/cUL Wet Location rated, Title 20, and Energy Star compliant.

Recommended Ceiling Height
This fan is a flush mount design and does not use a downrod. It is best suited for ceilings between 8 ft and 9 ft in height. For ceilings 10 ft or higher, consider a fan with a downrod mount for optimal airflow and clearance.
