Control Features

The Simple Flush F874-WHF ships with an RC1000 remote control — 6-speed fan control and forward/reverse operation. No pull chain. The WC1000 wall control is available separately for hardwired switching. For smart home integration, the fan is compatible with the BD-1000 Bond Bridge, enabling app and voice control. No integrated WiFi or Bluetooth.

Construction & Design

The Simple Flush lives up to its name — a minimal, uninterrupted disc profile that hugs the ceiling at just 9.13 in total height with blade tips only 7.75 in from the ceiling. Three Flat White ABS blades and a matching ABS bottom cap complete the monochromatic look — a clean, shadow-free silhouette that recedes naturally into white and light-toned ceilings. At 60 in, this fan is ideal for larger low-clearance rooms, wide covered porches, open-air patios, and expansive coastal interiors. Product weight: 9.35 lbs.

Light Output & Performance

The Simple Flush F874-WHF does not include a light kit. The optional K9873L LED Light Kit (sold separately) adds an integrated 20W LED delivering 1,352 lumens at 3000K with a CRI of 95, dimmable, rated for 30,000 hours — a high-CRI warm white light behind a white polycarbonate lens. Compatible with the RC1000 remote for dimming control when the light kit is installed.
