The Minka Aire Simple XL scales the beloved Simple silhouette up to a commanding 65-inch blade span — built for great rooms, open-concept living areas, oversized covered patios, and any space where standard fans fall short. Three sleek ABS blades ride a whisper-quiet DC motor that delivers a powerful 6,729 CFM at just 37.65 watts, for an efficiency of 178.54 CFM/W. Wet rated and ETL listed, it transitions effortlessly between indoor and fully exposed outdoor environments. Available in four finishes: Coal, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Brushed Nickel Wet, and Flat White.

Fan Performance
The Simple XL’s DC motor reaches a maximum of 160 RPM and pushes 6,729 CFM on high — enough to cool rooms up to approximately 900 sq. ft. At its most efficient setting, it draws just 13.68W while still moving substantial air. The 14° blade pitch is optimized to maximize airflow without straining the motor, keeping energy costs low across all six speed settings.

Light Output
The Simple XL ships without a light kit but is light kit compatible. An optional Minka Aire light kit (sold separately) can be added to the fan body for integrated illumination. Confirm compatibility with your dealer before ordering a light kit.
