The Minka Aire Java F753-LBR/CL combines a 54" span with a Legacy Brass finish and three Coal Black polycarbonate blades. Its three-speed AC motor delivers 5,334 CFM at 117.72 CFM/W on high. Wet rated for indoor and outdoor spaces, the Java includes an RCS213 remote and supports an optional separate Bond Hub for smart connectivity.

Smart & Control Features
The included RCS213 remote provides convenient three-speed fan operation. A reverse switch on the fan changes rotation for seasonal circulation. An optional WCS213 wall control and Bond Hub BD-1000 are sold separately. Bond smart connectivity requires the separate hub.
Construction & Design
The Legacy Brass housing pairs with three Coal Black polycarbonate blades for a contrasting finish combination. Each blade measures 25.83" long by 6.5" wide with a 14° pitch. The fan measures 54" in diameter by 14.75" high and weighs 16.18 lb. An included metal cap completes the fan-only design.

Electrical & Installation
The fan operates on 120V power with a reversible AC motor and fan-mounted reverse switch. A 6" downrod and 80" lead wire are included. Standard mounting supports slopes up to 18°. For slopes up to 45°, the compatible A245 45° Sloped Ceiling Adapter is sold separately. Overall height is 14.75", with blades 13.25" below the ceiling. The wet rating supports indoor and outdoor installations. Maintain at least 7 ft of floor-to-blade clearance.
