The Maxim Lighting Wafer 58746WTWT combines an edge-lit LED surface with a slim 0.5 in profile for the look of recessed lighting without a recessed fixture. Its White die-cast aluminum body disperses heat over a larger area and supports even light distribution. The included 36W AC integrated LED provides 2500 delivered lumens at fixed 3000K with 90+ CRI.

Construction & Design

The White die-cast aluminum body and white diffuser create a clean linear surface. Actual dimensions are 48 in by 4.75 in by 0.5 in. Edge-lit construction distributes light while spreading heat across a larger area.

Light Output & Performance

The 36W integrated LED provides 2500 delivered lumens, with 3100 rated lumens specified separately. Fixed 3000K produces warm light, while 90+ CRI supports accurate color rendering. This model is not selectable CCT. Rated life is 50,000 hours.

Electrical & Installation

The fixture accepts 120–277V input and supports ELV dimming at 120V, based on the model table and family voltage limitation. It installs to a 4 in junction box on a wall or ceiling in up or down orientation, with a 6 in wire length. Its 0.5 in height keeps projection minimal. The sheet lists cETLus, wet location, ENERGY STAR, JA8 and ADA and notes Title 24 options. Operating temperature is -4°F to 104°F.
