I haven't had it installed yet.

The gateway works well but it would be helpful if the instructions, written or in the app, indicated there had to be a password on the Wi-Fi for the gateway to connect. Initially our Wi-Fi did not have a password and the gateway would not connect. It took me hours to figure out the issue.

Works as advertised. Do note that only the top socket is controlled, similarly to a switched outlet.

The 4-way switch installation instructions are incorrect that come with the switch. The "IN" and "OUT" terminals do not correspond to where the wires need to go. You must wire these switches based on the color of the screw terminals, not the printed "in/out" on the terminals. After spending way too long troubleshooting, we found similar comments on both Amazon and Home Depot with people having the same issue. We wired our 4 way switch based on screw terminal color, and now it works fine. LeGrand should fix their instructions and printing on the switch ASAP.
