I purchased 32 of this product for my office renovation. It's a great replacement for my 2-lamp 2' x 4' lay-in troffer light fixture. The amount of light is as equal if not better over all.

The surface mount kit enables commercial panel lights to be installed in a residence with drywall ceilings. The corner brackets are thin but appear to hold up. I had to file the aluminum channels to make the brackets click into place firmly; it is imperative that they hold tight or the panel light will fall out of the frame.
