I used this adapter to mount my CASA VIEJA ceiling fan to a ceiling that is sloped at 55 degrees. I did need to modify the mounting base to adapt to my joist mounted electrical box but that only called for drilling two holes in the bse. No big deal.The fan hangs perfectly plumb and I am delighted with the resut.
