The Keystone KT-RHLED100PS-12CD-OSD-8CSB-VDIM-P-W is a 12-inch UFO LED high bay with field-selectable wattage of 100W, 70W, and 50W and field-selectable CCT of 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K, delivering up to 15,850 lumens at a peak efficacy of 159 lm/W. It operates on universal 120–277V with integrated 0–10V dimming, carries a UL Wet Location listing and IP65 ingress protection rating, and is DLC Listed for utility rebate eligibility. Features Keystone's OpticSwap tool-free interchangeable lens system — 90° standard lens installed, 120° wide-angle lens included. White powder-coated aluminum housing. Replaces up to 250W Metal Halide at the 100W setting.

Per-wattage lumen breakdown by CCT for 70W and 50W steps is not published on the spec sheet for this model — refer to Keystone's published photometric data for step-down output at those settings. CRI >80 across all configurations. Rated life L70 >100,000 hours @ 25°C fixture ambient per IES LM-80 / TM-21.

Lens & Optics

The OpticSwap tool-free latch system allows beam angle changes without tools or rewiring. The 90° standard lens (pre-installed) provides focused distribution ideal for higher mounting heights and tighter aisle spacing. The included 120° wide-angle lens broadens horizontal spread for lower mounting heights and wider spacing layouts. To swap: release the tool-free latch, remove the installed lens, snap in the alternate lens. One SKU covers both beam distributions. Optional accessories: aluminum dome reflector KT-RHLED-AR90-1-KIT /G2 and clear polycarbonate reflector KT-RHLED-CL90-1-KIT /G2 (both fit 100W and 150W body).

Smart & Control Features

The fixture includes a built-in 1/2″ twist-in sensor receptacle for field installation of compatible Keystone sensors without internal wiring. Supports 0–10V continuous dimming for integration with commercial energy management systems. Compatible sensor accessories:

• KTSL-FC3-12V-PKO-PIR (/FC3): Smart Loop Bluetooth mesh screw-in PIR occupancy, vacancy, and daylight sensor with built-in fixture controller for SmartLoop system
• KTS-PIR3-12V-PKO /G2 (/PIR3): Smart Port screw-in PIR sensor, 12V, IP65, bi-level control with adjustable hold time, dim level, and standby time — 2nd generation
• KTS-MW3-12V-PKO (/MW3): Smart Port microwave sensor with adjustable hold time, dim level, and standby time
• KTS-MW3-REMOTECONTROL: Remote control for field adjustment of sensor settings (field-use only, purchased separately)

Note: emergency backup driver cannot be used in conjunction with screw-in sensors on this fixture.

Constant current LED driver. Input: 120–277V, 50/60Hz. Dimming: 0–10V continuous. Surge protection: 6kV. Includes 6-foot cord for input and dimming wires. Emergency battery backup available: KT-EMRG-LED-40SD-5000-CEN /SF (40W constant wattage, approx. 5,000 lm, self-diagnostic, single flex cable with J-Box, 120–277V, CEC T20 compliant) — factory- or field-installable via /EM suffix; cannot be used with screw-in sensors. Mercury-free, RoHS-compliant components.

Construction

Powder-coated aluminum housing in white finish. Ribbed polycarbonate lens for glare reduction. IP65 rated for dust and water ingress. Operating temperature range: −40°C to +50°C. Built-in 6kV surge protection. Low optical flicker. Fixture diameter: 11.20″; height: 4.60″ (hook adds to overall height).

Installation & Mounting

Comes standard with J-hook mounting hardware and 6-foot input/dimming cord. Recommended ceiling heights: 100W for 15–25 ft; 70W for 12–20 ft; 50W for 10–15 ft. For higher ceiling applications, consider KT-RHLED150PS (150/100/80W) or KT-RHLED200PS (200/150/100W). Optional accessories sold separately:
