Operating on 120–277V electrical systems with 0–10V continuous dimming, this luminaire provides energy-efficient replacement for legacy fixtures up to 250W MH. Built with an IP65 wet location rating and cULus Listing, it is qualified for commercial utility rebates under DLC Listed standards and features Keystone's tool-free OpticSwap interchangeable lens platform.

Lens & Optics

The OpticSwap optical system provides interchangeable aisle and open-area optics on the job site without tools or rewiring:

• 90° Standard Optic (Pre-Installed): Concentrates beam distribution for narrow racking aisles, focused task areas, and elevated mounting heights.
• 120° Wide-Angle Optic (Included in Box): Delivers broad, uniform beam distribution for open warehouse floors, staging areas, and general open-ceiling commercial layouts.

Optics are swapped using the integrated perimeter tool-free latch mechanism. Optional reflectors and alternative lenses available separately (see Installation & Mounting).

Smart & Control Features

The KT-RHLED100PS features an integrated low-voltage control receptacle supporting modular sensing and automated facility lighting control:

• 0–10V Continuous Dimming (Standard): Standard dimming control compatible with commercial 0–10V wall dimmers and building automation systems (BAS).
• Keystone SmartPort Compatibility (Accessory): Accepts field-installable screw-in microwave occupancy and daylight sensors via the integrated 1/2" twist-in knockout port without opening the internal driver compartment.
• SmartLoop Wireless Mesh (Accessory): Compatible with Keystone SmartLoop Bluetooth mesh controllers for wireless group control, automated scheduling, and occupancy sensing.

Compatible plug-and-play sensors include the Keystone KTS-MW3-12V-PKO microwave sensor and KTS-PIR3-12V-PKO/G2 passive infrared sensor — sold separately. Field sensor adjustments can also be managed using an optional handheld wireless remote (catalog # KTS-MW3-REMOTECONTROL, sold separately).

Electrical

Powered by a constant current driver operating on 120–277V AC at 50/60Hz. Integrated 6kV surge protection protects internal electronics against line-to-line and line-to-ground transient voltage spikes. Includes pre-wired 0–10V dimming leads and an integrated low-voltage sensor receptacle. Factory-equipped with a 6-foot cord for input power and dimming connections. RoHS compliant.

Construction

Housing & Thermal: Powder-coated cold-forged aluminum housing engineered with radial convection cooling fins. The aluminum body functions as a passive heatsink, dissipating heat away from LED arrays and internal driver circuits to preserve lumen maintenance across the 100,000-hour rated lifespan.

Lens & Optics: Features the tool-free OpticSwap optical lens platform — see Lens & Optics section above for beam spreads, installed optics, and swap procedures.

Finish: Commercial polyester powder-coat finish in White formulated for high resistance against corrosion and surface wear in demanding industrial facilities.

Environmental Sealing: IP65 rated and cULus Listed for wet locations, providing a dust-tight barrier resistant to moisture ingress and low-pressure water spray. Ambient operating temperature range: −40°F (−40°C) to 122°F (50°C).
