Construction & Aesthetics

Both models use a polycarbonate injection-molded outer frame and steel backplate, with round smooth matte black trim and polycarbonate lens. The edge-lit light guide distributes illumination evenly, while the nonconductive dead-front trim suits applications requiring a nonconductive lens.

Light Output & Performance

WF4 is rated at 670 nominal delivered lumens from 9W at 3000K; WF6 is rated at 970 nominal delivered lumens from 13W at 3000K. Each model offers five CCT settings from 2700K to 5000K, 90+ CRI, and 50,000-hour life at 70% lumen maintenance. WF4 replaces a 65W incandescent lamp; WF6 replaces a 75W incandescent lamp.

Electrical & Installation

Both downlights use dedicated 120V, 60Hz power and triac dimming to 10%, with a Class 2 constant-current IC-rated driver in an isolated steel remote box. Each includes a 3-pin FT4 plenum-rated cable connector and a 12 cubic-inch wiring compartment for up to six 14-gauge insulated conductors. Allow 3 in. of plenum space above the WF4 driver and 2 in. above the WF6 driver. Use the matching supplied template; ceiling openings must not exceed 4.25 in. for WF4 or 6.25 in. for WF6. Both sizes fit 3/8 in. to 1 1/2 in. insulated or drop ceilings and can be removed from below for service.
