GM Lighting LTR-S Ultra SCOB LED Tape Light — Fixed White & Uniform Illumination
The LTR-S Ultra family offers 24VDC SCOB tape in six fixed CCTs: 2400K, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. Choose 16 ft 4 in (5 m) or 98 ft 6 in (30 m) reels for dry and damp locations; each selected tape has one fixed CCT, not tunable white.

- 1.5W/ft: 157 lumens/ft, 40 ft maximum run and 0.9 in cut increments.
- 3.0W/ft: 314 lumens/ft, 32 ft 8 in maximum run and 0.9 in cut increments.
- 4.5W/ft: 526 lumens/ft, 20 ft maximum run and 1 in cut increments.
- 5.8W/ft: 678 lumens/ft, 16 ft 4 in maximum run and 1 in cut increments.
- Color Rendering: 94+ CRI and R9 greater than 60 across the documented range.
- LED Density: 93 LEDs/ft for 1.5W and 3.0W; 96 LEDs/ft for 4.5W and 5.8W.
- Profile: Overall width is 0.39 in; overall height is 0.138 in.
- Rating: Manufacturer specifies cULus Class 2 and dry/damp-location use.
Core Design & Construction
White silicone gel supports uniform illumination, while VHB adhesive provides mounting attachment. Use manufacturer-listed channel and LOC2 connector combinations; overall tape width alone does not establish channel fit.
LED Illumination & Performance
SCOB combines SMD efficiency with COB-inspired uniformity. Output depends on the selected wattage, not reel length. CCT options are separate fixed-white products, not selectable settings on one tape.
Power, Wiring & Installation
Requires a compatible 24VDC supply. Recommended driver families include LD-XD-UNV, LD-XDWP, LD-MD-UNV, LD-EDM, LTP and PSD; dimming depends on the chosen driver/control. Cut only at marked points. Divide long reels into runs within the selected wattage's limit and size wiring for voltage drop. Some wattage profiles require GM mounting channels for heat control; confirm the requirement for the selected tape.
Where This Tape Works Best
Use for cabinets, shelving, coves and retail displays. Keep tape away from water, steam and leaks.
