Very easy installation and works like a charm.
We have 11 2 lamp florescent light fixtures in our condominium garage. The current bulbs are t-12 and put out 3600 lumens each. I was not sure how many LED bulbs I would need to give me the same brightness, so I bought the one 1- 3 lamp Max lite fixtures and 3 lamps to test out the brightness to determine if I needed the 3 bulb fixture or 2 bulb Maxlite fixture. I bought 3 - 2200 Lumens 4 FT Retrofit LED T8 Tube Lamp - Frosted - 18 Watts - T8R-48-22L-50K-B. I was quite shocked to find out that one lamp in the fixture provided adequate lighting for the space. One light fixture needed to adequately light 2 side by side stacked parking spaces in the garage. I asked the condo owners that use those 2 stacked side by side spaces if they thought there was enough light and both said it was fine. For the remainder of the light fixtures I will probably buy the 2 lamp Maxlite fixture, and use one bulb. If one of the owners feels the light is inadequate for them in their parking space, I can just add another bulb. The installer of the fixture had an issue with securing the fixture to our concrete ceiling, something about the hole location in the fixture, so it took a bit longer to install, but only a minor inconvenience. Also, according to the installer, one of the bulbs that was delivered was tested in the fixture and did not light up, so it will have to be returned. I hope this is helpful in your assessment of your lighting needs. The pricing at Bees is very competitive and the sales people were very nice and patient with all of my questions.
great customer service...prompt delivery....good product back yard patio is ready to rock in the PM ping pong...exercise machines....many projects that are done better outside...eating...family time...etc. our home is in the state of Oregon, being the reason we chose Maxlite....a little expensive but time will tell the lamps have been installed for a couple of weeks and all is well
