The GLT HBU Series is a family of compact, round, field-adjustable UFO LED high bays engineered for commercial and industrial facilities of every size. Three models — HBU-150W, HBU-200W, and HBU-240W — cover the full range from mid-size warehouses and manufacturing floors to large industrial and municipal facilities. Every model features four selectable wattage steps (40% / 60% / 80% / 100%) and tri-selectable CCT (3000K / 4000K / 5000K), adjustable on-site via built-in switches before installation. Universal 120–277V input standard; optional Transformer Box converts any model to 347–480V without stocking a separate SKU. CRI 70, UL cUL wet location listed, DLC Premium listed, and cold-start rated to -40°C across the entire family. Backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty.

Performance & Light Output

Lumen output varies by CCT across all models — 4000K delivers the highest output at every wattage setting. HBU-150W: 150W/24,000 lm/160 lm/W → 60W/10,800 lm/180 lm/W (4000K). HBU-200W: 210W/32,000 lm/152 lm/W → 84W/14,500 lm/173 lm/W (4000K). HBU-240W: 230W/36,000 lm/157 lm/W → 92W/16,500 lm/179 lm/W (4000K). All models maintain CRI 70 and 50,000-hour rated life per IES LM-80 / TM-21 projections.

All HBU models share the same plug-and-play sensor platform via the integrated sensor receptacle:

Bluetooth variants enable wireless group control without a separate gateway. One sensor SKU covers the entire HBU family for simplified procurement.

Universal 120–277V AC input on all models, 50/60Hz. 0–10V dimming from 100% to 10% minimum. PF >90%, THD <20%, 6kV surge protection. Operating temperature: -40°C to +45°C. Optional Transformer Box accessory converts any HBU model to 347–480V high-voltage input — installs into the junction box, eliminating the need to stock separate HV SKUs. TAA compliant.

Construction

All models feature rugged die-cast aluminum housing for superior thermal management, bronze corrosion-resistant powder-coat finish, and anti-UV prismatic translucent lens. HBU-150W: Ø10.7" × 7.5"H. HBU-200W and HBU-240W: Ø14.1" × 7.5"H.

Installation & Mounting

Hook mount is pre-installed on every model. Conduit pendant and U-bracket surface mount are available separately for all models.
