The electrical system maintains a power factor of 0.90 or greater and total harmonic distortion (THD) below 20%. For maximum energy savings and site security, the fixture comes standard with an included twist-lock photocell that automatically turns the light on at dusk and off at dawn, eliminating the need for manual switches or external timers.

Construction & Durability

Engineered for harsh outdoor environments, the fixture features a durable die-cast aluminum housing finished in silver gray. To ensure long-term structural integrity, the construction is 3G vibration rated, making it highly resilient against wind and environmental shaking. It also includes a convenient power door designed for easy internal maintenance. The housing is cULus listed as suitable for wet locations, guaranteeing reliable operation in extreme ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C (-40°F) up to 45°C (113°F).

Installation & Mounting

The EDD series yard light is designed for highly adaptable and straightforward site installation. The fixture can be mounted directly to a flat wall surface straight out of the box for perimeter security applications. For extended reach and traditional pole-mounted street or yard lighting configurations, the luminaire is fully compatible with an optional pole mounting arm kit (sold separately).
