<p>For residential fans, safety codes require a minimum clearance of <strong>7.5 feet</strong> under the blades. If you are installing an industrial-rated fan, a minimum of <strong>10 feet</strong> is required. For ceilings higher than 12 feet, hang your fan at least one-third the distance to the floor while maintaining that 7.5-foot minimum clearance. For optimal performance, a height of <strong>9–10 feet</strong> is ideal.</p>

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 60 days after it's delivered. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item is in its original condition (just as you received it), including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

While original shipping fees aren't refundable, we will cover the return shipping costs if the return is necessary because of our mistake (like sending the wrong item) or a product defect.
