Smart & Control Features

The included TR305 remote offers 16 variable speeds, fresh air mode, timers and off. Included fanSync WiFi connects to your home network without a separate hub; use the Fanimation fanSync app on iOS and Android. Lighting and CCT functions require the optional LED kit. Optional TW306 two-wire fan-only wall control is sold separately.

Construction & Design

The modular platform accepts eight-blade sets in 52, 64 and 72 in sweeps at 14° pitch. Canopy diameter is 5.75 in. Select the motor finish independently from your blade set:

• Black: MAD7912BBL.
• Brushed Nickel: MAD7912BBN.
• Dark Bronze: MAD7912BDZ.
• Galvanized: MAD7912BGZ.
• Matte Greige: MAD7912BGR.
• Matte White: MAD7912BMW.

Compatible blade-set families are BPW7914 for 52 in, BPW7912 for 64 in and BPW7913 for 72 in. Each set contains eight blades and is purchased separately. Blade finish and sweep are not determined by the motor-finish selection. Limited lifetime warranty.

Light Output & Performance

No light kit is included. Optional finish-matched LK7912B LED kits provide 1,600 initial lumens at 18W, CRI 90 and selectable 3000K, 4000K or 5000K through an opal frosted shade.

• Black: LK7912BBL.
• Brushed Nickel: LK7912BBN.
• Dark Bronze: LK7912BDZ.
• Galvanized: LK7912BGZ.
• Matte Greige: LK7912BGR.
• Matte White: LK7912BMW.

Airflow depends on the installed blade set. The 72 in configuration delivers 8,091 CFM high; its separate Energy Guide average is 6,040 CFM at 22W and 272 CFM/W. Do not apply these 72 in figures to the 52 or 64 in configuration. The 52 in configuration suits rooms up to approximately 400 sq ft; 64 and 72 in configurations suit larger rooms over 400 sq ft.

Electrical & Installation

Operates on 120V AC, 60Hz. Includes a 6 in downrod with 1 in diameter. Standard mounting supports slopes up to 27°; optional SCB1-52 sloped ceiling ball kit supports slopes up to 42°. Most sloped installations require a 24 in or longer downrod, selected for blade clearance. Use a securely anchored fan-rated junction box rated for at least 35 lb. Protect covered outdoor installations from direct rain.

Suggested Downrod by Ceiling Height

A 6 in downrod is included. Additional downrods are sold separately. Final length depends on blade configuration and ceiling geometry; maintain at least 7 ft from floor to blades.

• 9 ft ceiling → downrod shorter than 12 in
• 10 ft ceiling → 12–18 in downrod
• 11 ft ceiling → 18–24 in downrod
• 12 ft ceiling → 24–36 in downrod
• 13 ft ceiling → 36–48 in downrod
• 14 ft ceiling → 48–60 in downrod
