Create a tropical fan with the Islander DC motor, native fanSync WiFi and included TR360 remote. Blades are sold separately. The six-speed DC 125NS motor delivers 5,141 CFM at high speed when tested with BPP4N blades in a 52 in sweep. Actual airflow varies with the blade set selected. UL listed for damp indoor and covered outdoor locations.

Smart & Control Features

The included TR360 hand-held remote provides six fan speeds, fresh air mode, fan timer and off control. Light-related remote functions do not provide lighting without a light kit.

Choose Black MAD3250BL, Brushed Nickel MAD3250BN, Brushed Satin Brass MAD3250BS, Dark Bronze MAD3250DZ or Matte White MAD3250MW. Motor assembly weight is 15.18 lb; the canopy measures 6.5 in diameter × 2.58 in high. Complete the tropical silhouette with separately purchased 22 in composite palm blade sets:

• BPP1 Wide Oval: BPP1K Koa, BPP1MW Matte White or BPP1N Natural.
• BPP4 Narrow Oval: BPP4K Koa, BPP4MW Matte White or BPP4N Natural.

Light Output & Performance

This motor listing includes no integrated LED light and no blades. With BPP4N blades in a 52 in sweep, airflow reaches 5,141 CFM high and 2,205 CFM low. The separate Energy Guide average is 3,764 CFM. The tested configuration suits rooms up to approximately 400 sq ft; performance depends on the blade set selected.

Electrical & Installation

Operates on 120V AC, 60Hz. Includes a 6 in downrod with 1 in diameter. Sloped ceilings up to 27° require a 12 in or longer downrod; optional SCB1-52 accommodates slopes up to 42°. Install on a securely anchored fan-rated junction box capable of supporting at least 35 lb. Suitable for indoor rooms and covered patios or screened porches protected from direct rain.

Suggested Downrod by Ceiling Height

A 6 in downrod is included. Select the final length to maintain 7–9 ft from floor to blades; sloped installations require at least a 12 in downrod. Additional downrods and couplers are sold separately.
