Kwartet combines a close-to-ceiling silhouette with four composite blades and a 153 × 20 AC motor. Its 52 in sweep delivers 4,498 CFM high-speed airflow, while the included LED offers selectable white light. Choose a coordinated finish for indoor rooms or damp-rated covered outdoor spaces, with TR800 remote control included.

Smart & Control Features
Includes the TR800 hand-held remote for fan-speed control, light operation and CCT selection. Optional WC4WH three-wire fan and light wall control and WT503WH two-wire fan and light remote are sold separately. WiFi is not included; add the optional WFR55 fanSync WiFi receiver for smart control.
Construction & Design
Four composite blades at 12.5° pitch create a clean, balanced profile. An Opal Frosted Glass lens and steel cap complete the integrated lighting assembly. Net weight is 17.18 lb. Finish pairings are:

- Brushed Brass option, FPS8553BS: Brushed Satin Brass housing with Matte White blades.
- Brushed Nickel, FPS8553BN: Brushed Nickel housing and blades.

Light Output & Performance
The integrated 18W LED provides 1,600 lumens with CRI 90. Select 3000K warm white, 4000K natural white or 5000K cool white to suit the space. Opal Frosted Glass diffuses the light. High-speed airflow of 4,498 CFM is distinct from the 3,340 CFM Energy Guide average; the fan suits rooms up to approximately 400 sq ft.
Electrical & Installation
Operates on 120V AC, 60Hz. Flush-mount installation uses no downrod and is not compatible with sloped ceilings or downrod extensions. Attach to a securely anchored fan-rated electrical junction box rated for at least 35 lb. Covered outdoor installations must remain protected from direct rain.
Recommended Ceiling Height
Maintain at least 7 ft from the floor to the blades. A 7 ft ceiling alone does not provide this clearance because the fan hangs below it. Confirm the installed blade height before selecting this flush-mount fan.
- Level ceiling → flush or hugger mounting only
- Sloped ceiling → not compatible
- Higher ceiling → no downrod extension option
