Pendry pairs a refined steel housing with seven composite blades for an architectural look in large rooms over 400 sq ft. Its DC126 × 12 sensorless DC motor delivers 6,847 CFM high-speed airflow across a 56 in sweep. The included TR305 remote and fanSync WiFi provide convenient control. No light kit is included; add the optional LK6865 LED kit for illumination. Outdoor suitability depends on the selected finish.

Smart & Control Features

The included TR305 remote provides 16 fan speeds, fresh air mode, on/off, timers, home away and safe exit. Built-in fanSync WiFi connects to the Fanimation fanSync app on iOS and Android without a separate hub. Lighting and CCT selection require the optional LK6865 light kit. Optional TW306 wall remote is sold separately.

Light Output & Performance

This fan does not include a light kit. The optional LK6865 Pendry double-walled LED light kit provides 2,000 lumens at 24W, with selectable 3000K, 4000K or 5000K and CRI 90. Fan airflow reaches 6,847 CFM high; its separate 4,278 CFM Energy Guide average is rated at 196 CFM/W.

Electrical & Installation

Operates on 120V AC, 60Hz with KwikWire easy connection. Includes a 6 in downrod with 1 in diameter, DR1-6. Standard mounting supports slopes up to 27°; sloped installations generally require an 18 in or longer downrod. For slopes above 27° and up to 42°, add the optional SCB1-52 slope ceiling ball kit. Optional CCK8002 close-to-ceiling kit is available separately. Use a securely anchored fan-rated junction box rated for at least 35 lb and accessories appropriate for the installation environment. Damp-rated finishes must remain protected from direct rain.

Suggested Downrod by Ceiling Height

A 6 in downrod is included. Longer downrods are sold separately. Final selection depends on the mounting angle and completed fan dimensions; maintain at least 7 ft from floor to blades.

• 9 ft ceiling → shorter than 12 in; 6 in downrod included
• 10 ft ceiling → 12–18 in downrod
• 11 ft ceiling → 18–24 in downrod
