Fanimation Kwad FP7652 52 in LED Ceiling Fan
Kwad brings a broad four-blade profile and warm ambient light to living rooms, dining areas and bedrooms. Its 52 in sweep and three-speed AC motor deliver 4,738 CFM high-speed airflow for rooms up to approximately 400 sq ft. The included LED supplies 1,500 lumens at 3000K, with a TR500 remote for everyday fan and light control.

Construction & Design
Four plywood blades at 12° pitch frame the motor housing, with an Opal Frosted Glass light diffuser below. Net weight is 16.31 lb. Finish and blade pairings are:

Light Output & Performance
The included 18W LED produces 1,500 lumens at warm 3000K with CRI 90. Opal Frosted Glass softens the light for relaxed indoor living spaces. High-speed fan airflow of 4,738 CFM is distinct from the 3,533 CFM Energy Guide average. The 52 in sweep suits rooms up to approximately 400 sq ft.
Electrical & Installation
Operates on 120V AC, 60Hz. Includes a 4.5 in downrod with 1 in diameter, canopy and mounting hardware. Standard mounting supports slopes up to 27°; optional SCB1-52 sloped ceiling kit supports slopes up to 42°. Optional CCK8002 close-to-ceiling kit accommodates lower-clearance installations. Install only in enclosed dry indoor spaces.
Suggested Downrod by Ceiling Height
A 4.5 in downrod is included. Additional downrods and mounting accessories are sold separately. Select the final length for the installation and maintain at least 7 ft from floor to blades.
- Below 9 ft ceiling → CCK8002 close-to-ceiling kit, where clearance permits
- 9 ft ceiling → downrod shorter than 12 in
- 10 ft ceiling → 12–18 in downrod
- 11 ft ceiling → 18–24 in downrod
- 12 ft ceiling → 24–36 in downrod
- 13 ft ceiling → 36–48 in downrod
