These were easy to install. The only 'gottcha' is that they are for single switches not for three-way switches. That wasn't a problem for us.
The switches are very easy to program and worked like a charm. I especially like that one can simply turn on an off the lights as normal by pushing the door to the programming buttons.
Would recommend these to anyone.
