Selecting the Right Configuration
12V vs 24V: Choose 12V for shorter runs (up to 27 ft) and tighter cut intervals. Select 24V for longer continuous runs (up to 55 ft) in larger installations.
Color Temperature Guide: 2700K provides warm, incandescent-like ambiance. 3000K offers neutral soft white for general applications. 5000K delivers crisp daylight for task-focused environments.

While original shipping fees aren't refundable, we will cover the return shipping costs if the return is necessary because of our mistake (like sending the wrong item) or a product defect. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Keep in mind that restocking fees might be applied if the returned item doesn't meet the required conditions.
