Customers praised these LED tubes for excellent brightness and easy installation. Many noted "no flicker, no hum" and instant turn-on, a significant upgrade from fluorescents. Rewiring for ballast bypass is "fairly easy" in under 10 minutes. The 4000K color temperature matches neutral white well. Keep in mind these are ballast bypass lights and require rewiring your existing 4-foot T8/T12 product. The lights are nice and bright. The temperature of the lights match what I already have. Been in only a week so I am not sure their lifespan yet.
Bees had just the bulbs I needed for my wood shop. I find the neutral/natural white bulbs (4100K) exactly that. Higher K values are a little /a lot too far in the blue spectrum for my personal comfort (low glare) and for staining and wood hues. I inquired ahead about breakage with long-distance shipping and they described their packaging method.

I ordered 8 of the led bulbs so I could retro fit and replace my existing fluorescents. Bulbs arrived packaged very well. Job went well, all bulbs worked as they should, very satisfied. I am ordering more.
Good clean whitish blue light, but not any brighter than the 4000K flourescents I was using before. Will install more to see if they make a difference
I ordered these tubes to reduce energy and eliminate that annoying ballast hum. Rewiring the fixtures to eliminate the ballast was quite simple with the instructions included with each tube. The color tempurature is quite pleasant being just slightly whiter than a standard incandescant light bulb. They work great and very satisfied.
