Bees Lighting offers free shipping on orders over $99.

    • Orders under $99 will have a $9.95 flat fee rate.
    • EXCLUSIONS: items over 42 inches in length, items over 70 lbs, light poles, mirrors, commercial light fixtures. The additional charges will be marked on each item prior to check out.
    • There are no surprises or hidden charges.
    • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO.
    • Bees Lighting ships to 48 continental U.S. states. We do not ship to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or outside of the U.S.

Shipping outside of continental 48 states:

Bees Lighting does not ship directly outside the continental 48 states. However, we are able to work with customer's freight forwarders to accommodate. Additional shipping charges may apply. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties and taxes and any additional fees may be applied upon export. It is the responsibility of the freight forwarder to inspect the shipment before accepting the delivery. Once the shipment has been received and accepted by the freight forwarder, Bees Lighting is not responsible for any damage or loss of products.

Cancellation policy:

If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact customer service during normal business hours at 855-303-0665 or simply reply to the order confirmation email with cancellation request. Bees Lighting will do our best to assist you promptly in a timely matter. Items that are special order, marked as shipped and drop shipped items cannot be cancelled after the order is processed. Restocking fees may apply on special order items and items marked as assembly. In the event that an item cannot be cancelled, customers are able to return eligible items.

Out of stock items and Backorders:

In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. The backordered items will then ship via ground shipping service when stock is replenished at no additional charge. However, the customer can request the order to be shipped complete once all products are available.


Bees Lighting is not responsible or liable for any delay in receiving or completing your order that is caused by an event beyond Bees Lighting's reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, accident, strike, riot, civil commotion, act of God, war or other hostilities, acts or omissions of carriers, transmitters, phone companies, Internet Service Providers or Internet backbone providers or a failure, interruption or delay of the server or this Web site caused by an event outside the direct control of Bees Lighting, including without limitation, power outages.
