The Broan Invent AE80BL bathroom exhaust fan with LED features 80 CFM fan airflow and 1.5 sones for use in baths up to 75 sq. ft. This bathroom vent fan has a 4 inch duct size and can be installed on the ceiling or wall. The Broan bathroom fan is made of galvanized steel for housing and polymeric construction for the grille.

The unit is easy to install as long as you take your time, read the instructions and prep the area. There are no hidden surprises or awkward parts. It's a basic installation. If you can change a tire, you can do this.
