Bee's is great, product has issues.........

Ordered Satco Nuvo 2X2 and 2X4 flat panel LED lights for an ER project. Received lights, and none worked. Bee's referred me to the manufacturer who stated that the protection sensitivity was extremely sensitive on these lights and that the factory was sending out power conditioners for folks who experienced this issue. Bee's did their part by delivering the product I ordered in a timely manner and in great shape. The manufacturer, Satco, is offering a no-cost solution to the issue. My only word of advice is that LED lighting manufacturer's seem to come and go every 6 months. Products that I like seem to disappear and, if you don't do your research, you'll end up with a product that is a similar spec on the surface, but has various undesirable issues that can stop a project's progress in it's tracks. I will continue to gladly do business with Bee's, but extreme product scrutiny is warranted.
