My previous order was delayed, one of the troffers was used and you did not even cared when I call to report it. Had no choice but to install it because you wanted me to returned in order to send another one.
I decided to use again because everyone deserves a second change and I needed the product that you were offering. This time the delivery was on time, the troffer that was damaged was replaced without me having to send the damage back. Excellent customer service rep.
